We’re looking for a senior-level consultants to lead high-impact transformation projects for our clients. This role is highly client-facing and requires a strong executive presence, the ability to engage with C-level executives, and a strategic mindset to drive change. You’ll define key deliverables, collaborate with internal experts, and ensure flawless execution of client initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead transformation projects, from strategy to execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Engage directly with C-level executives, presenting insights and recommendations with confidence.
  • Define key deliverables and coordinate execution across teams (in coordination with the Quadrillion leadership team).
  • Collaborate with internal experts to incorporate best practices and industry insights.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations that communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and exceed client expectations.

    Requirements
  • Proven experience leading strategic transformation projects in a consulting or corporate environment.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
  • Expertise in developing and delivering impactful PowerPoint presentations.
  • Excellent verbal communication and ability to synthesize insights concisely.
  • High energy, self-starter who can work independently and generate ideas for consideration.
  • High EQ person with a servant leadership approach and a humble mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

    Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy.
  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, KPIs, Lean Techniques, or data-driven business models.
  • Background in operational improvement, digital transformation, or M&A integration.
