Quadrillion undertook an extensive reivew of our IT orgranization. They reviewed our digital portfolio and recommended changes to projects so we had a mix of projects by duration and risk. They were instrumental in helping us improve throughput in our Project Management team, by doing a detailed activitiy analysis and removing (or automating) non-value added tasks.
