This high tech solutions provider wanted to dramatically transform its operations and enhance profitability.

With new private equity sponsors and a fresh management team, they needed to quickly stand up a new transformation capability. With a short timeframe, this needed to happen side-by-side of operations to deliver value quickly.

Big questions about how to structure this transformation and how does a new team determine priorities. With a portfolio representing 30+ acquisitions, processes were not standardized across multiple divisions and many business units. Having no central repository of projects, all teams felt disconnected and efforts lacked unity.
