Before Quadrillion, Bob served on the executive leadership team at ON Semiconductor, which he joined in November 2002 and where he served in various positions.  In June 2006, Bob was appointed as Executive Vice President for Sales and Marketing for ON Semiconductor and SCI LLC. Mr. Mahoney has over 20 years of semiconductor industry experience in sales and sales management. From May 2006 through June 2006, Mr. Mahoney served as the interim Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales for ON Semiconductor. From August 2004 through April 2006, Bob served as the Vice President of North America Sales, Computing Segment Sales and Sales Operations, and from November 2002 through August 2004 he served as the Company’s Vice President of Global Distribution and Electronic Manufacturing Services Industry.

Bob’s expertise includes value creation in pricing, distribution management, sales and marketing management, and the development of high-performance global organizations and business processes that drive long term repeatable success.

Bob’s skills and experiences include: (1) Developing and presenting the Board of Director and IOC (Integration Operation Committee) material, (2) Turnarounds, (3) International Sales-Europe, South Korea, Taiwan, China and Japan management, (4), Strategy-market segmentation/application, customer, distribution channel segmentation and large account management, (5), Marketing-strategic marketing, branding, internal and external communications, web development, (6) Organizational Development-strategy, structure, acquisition integration, talent recruitment, training, development, retention, coaching and mentoring , (7) Sales Operations-tools, processes, metrics, commission plan development, opportunity tracking and funnel management, (8) Customer Marketing-pricing, contracts, margin management and channel activities. (9) Customer Service-strategy, structure, training, tools and processes, and (10) acquisition Integration-successfully managed sales integration through six acquisitions including a $1B Japanese semiconductor company (SANYO Semiconductor).

Before joining ON Semiconductor, Mr. Mahoney was Vice President of World Wide Sales at Xicor Semiconductor from October 2001 until November 2002 and Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Altera Corporation from May 2000 until October 2001.  During his career, he has also held sales management roles at Analog Devices, Inc. and National Semiconductor Corp.
